Founded in 2018 by Tuba Ardic and Gard Eitungjerde Høyvik, both national Erasmus+ trainers in Norway, CCN combines international project experience with a strong commitment to creativity, inclusion, and cultural exchange.

Our work is built around ARTicipation. We believe art is a powerful way to bring people together, encourage active participation, and create meaningful connections across cultures and backgrounds.

We develop and host Erasmus+ projects, training courses, youth exchanges, artist residencies, and local cultural initiatives from our creative hub overlooking the blue waters of the Sognefjord. We collaborate with organizations across Europe as well as national and local partners in Norway.
